Brownies using Crystal Brownies

Ingredients: –

• 350 gm    Brownies mix,                               1 box
• 100 ml      water or milk                                  1/2 cup
• 100 ml      oil                                                            1/2 cup
• 2 eggs
• 15 gm       soft butter,                                       1 tablespoon

Method:-

• Place all ingredients at once in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes, then on high speed for 4 minutes until completely combined.
• Pour the mixture into a 24-inch tray lined with parchment paper on all sides and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
• Cut the brownies, leave to cool, then serve
