Ingredients:-
- 150 gm European bread mix 1 cup
- 250 ml Water 1, 1/4 cups
- 3 gm Crystal yeast ½ teaspoon
- 15 gm Sugar 1 Tablespoon
- A pinch of salt
Method:-
- Place all ingredients in an electric blender and mix well until we obtain a thick liquid mixture
- Leave the mixture in a warm place to ferment
- Fry in hot oil until cooked, then put in sherbet or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- Heavy sherbet: is used for both
- ( Qatayef – Balah Al-Sham – dumplings )
the components:
- 1,¼ cup water – 2 cups sugar – 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
- We put the sugar and water on the fire without stirring and leave it until it begins to boil, then add the lemon juice, calm the fire, leave it on the fire for 15 minutes and let it cool.
