Ingredients:-
- 300 gm European bread mix 2 cups
- 200 ml water 1 cup
- 30 gm oil 2 teaspoons
- 6 gm salt 1 teaspoon
Method:-
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer and knead until we get a cohesive dough.
- Cut the dough into equal parts, sprinkle with starch, and spread it into a thin layer using a rolling pin.
- We repeat the previous process until we finish all the dough pieces.
- We place half of the layers of goulash in a tray greased with ghee, add nuts or cream, then place the rest of the layers of goulash on top of the filling, then cut.
- We put an amount of ghee on the ghee and place it in an oven previously heated to 180 degrees until it becomes golden.
