Ingredients:-
- 225 gm European bread mix 1 ½ cups
- 15 gm Sugar 1 tablespoon
- 4 gm Crystal yeast ½ sachet
- 4 gm Crystal baking powder ½ teaspoon
- 65 gm Liquid ghee 1/4 cup
- 300 ml Milk 1 ½ cup
- 50 gm Cream 3 tablespoons
Method:-
- Add (sugar, yeast, and part of the milk) in a bowl, stir well, and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast activates.
- We mix both (flour and baking powder) then we add the ghee and mix well, then we add the yeast mixture while continuing to knead, then we add the cream and the rest of the milk gradually until we get a soft and tender dough.
- We divide the dough into medium-sized balls.
- We spread the dough on the hands to the desired thickness using oil.
- Place the disc in a tray lined with butter paper on the bottom.
- Leave the disk to ferment until it doubles in size.
- Baking is done in an oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Sprinkle the disc with milk after it comes out of the oven, then cover it with a piece of cloth for 5 to 10 minutes
- Then served.
