cupcakes using soft Mixture

Ingredients:-

• 250 gm     Soft flour                                               1, 1/4 cup
• 140 gm     Powdered sugar                              1 cup
• 110 gm      Soft butter                                            1/2 cup
• 2  Large    eggs 
• 100 ml      Milk or water                                       1/2 cup
• 14 gm        Crystal baking powder              1 sachet
• 2 sachets Vanilla                                                  1/4 teaspoon raw vanilla

Method:

• Beat the butter and sugar in a deep bowl using an electric mixer until we obtain a smooth, raised mixture
• We add eggs and vanilla while continuing to whisk until we obtain a homogeneous mixture
• Add milk or water to the previous mixture, stir well, then add flour and baking powder
• Place the mixture in cupcake pans
• Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 150 minutes or until completely cooked
