Ingredients:-
- 300 gm Soft flour
- 75 gm Powdered sugar
- 150 gm Cold butter
Method:
- Add the butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a light, smooth creamy mixture.
- Then we add the flour and continue whisking until the flour is mixed with the mixture.
- Then we knead the dough by hand, then divide it and shape it.
- Place in an oven at 150 degrees Celsius until completely cooked.
