Italian pizza using flat bread mixture

Ingredients:-

  • 250 gm  flat bread mixture          1 ½ cups
  • 150 ml  water                                        1 ½ cups
  • 15 gm of sugar                                     1 tablespoons
  • 15 gm of powdered milk               1 tablespoons
  •  1 egg
  • 15 ml oil                                                     1 tablespoons
  •  4 gm of crystal yeast                      ½ packet of yeast
  •  10 ml vinegar                                        1 teaspoon
  • 5 gm of salt                                            1 teaspoon

Optional spice mixture:-

  • 6 gm             onion powder                         1 teaspoon
  • 6 gm             garlic powder                         1 teaspoon
  • 6 gm             basil                                              1 teaspoon
  • 6 gm             thyme                                          1 teaspoon

Method:-

  • Add water, yeast and sugar in a bowl, stir well, then leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Add the mixture of spices and milk powder to the flour, stir, then add the previous mixture to the mixture, then add the egg and a spoon of vinegar, continuing to knead until completely combined, then add the oil while continuing to knead until we obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
  • Cut the dough into equal pieces and spread each piece on a non-stick tray (designed for pizza).
  • The sauce is placed on the pizza and then formed with the appropriate ingredients
  • Leave the pizza to ferment in a warm place for 15 minutes
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or completely cooked.
