Sponge cake using vanilla crystal cake

Ingredients: –

  • 450 grams of crystal vanilla cake mix,          1 box
  • 200 ml water or milk                                                     1 cup
  • 5 eggs

Method:-

  • Place all the ingredients at once in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer on slow speed for 2 minutes, then on maximum speed for 7 minutes until the mixture rises with the beater and becomes creamy in color.
  • Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper on all sides, size 22, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes or until completely cooked.
  • Leave the cake to cool, then decorate and serve.
