Ingredients: –
- 250 gm of basbousa sugar free mix, 1 box
- 170 gm Yogurt 1 box
- 100 ml soft butter, 1/2 cup
- 20 gm of fine coconut, 2 tablespoon
- 25 gm of cream, 2 tablespoons
Method:-
- Add all ingredients at once in a deep bowl and mix well
- Pour the mixture into a 22-inch tray greased with butter on all sides
- Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Add warm sherbet to it while it is still hot.
How to make sherbet:
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute syrup 50 ml
- 3/4 cup of boiling water 150 ml
- stir well until completely combined
