Ingredients:-
- 150 gm Soft flour
- 25 gm Powdered sugar
- 15 gm Milk Powder
- 80 gm Soft butter
- 20 gm Water
- 3 gm Salt
Method:
- Add the butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a light and smooth creamy mixture.
- Add the powdered milk to the flour and salt and stir the ingredients, then add them to the previous mixture while kneading at slow speed until the flour disappears.
- Add the water gradually while continuing to knead until you get a flexible, cohesive and smooth dough.
- Cut the dough into small pieces and filling the piece with nuts or dates and shape it using a maamoul mold, then place it on a baking tray.
- Bake the maamoul in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
