Ingredients:-

  • 150  gm    Soft flour                  
  • 120 gm       Powdered sugar 
  • 80 gm      Soft butter     
  • 30 gm      Milk OR Water
  • 7 gm         Baking Powder
  • 2                Large Eggs       
  • 30 gm      Cocoa

Method:

  • Add the butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a light and smooth creamy mixture.
  • Add the Eggs and milk or water gradually while until you get asmooth mix.
  •  Add the Cocoa to the flour and baking powder and stir the ingredients, then add them to the previous mixture while at slow speed until the flour disappears.
  •  Pour the mixture into the English cake mold so that it fills 3/4 of the mold
  •  Leave the cakes to cool, then decorate and serve.
