Vanilla Muffin cake

Ingredients: –

• 400 gm   of  Vanilla Muffin Mix, 1 box
• 60 ml    oil  1/4 cup
• 130 ml    water 1/2 cup
• 3 eggs
• 60 gm of soft butter, 3 tablespoon

Method:-

•  Add the Muffin Mix , eggs and water to a deep bowl and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
•  Add the oil and melted butter to the mixture and continue mixing for 2 minutes.
• Pour the mixture into muffin tins
• Bake in a preheated oven at 175o C for 25-30 minutes.

• For a richer taste, add chocolate pieces, fruit pieces, dried fruit, or nuts
  to the mixture while blending.
