Ingredients:-
- 150 gm European bread mix 1 cup
- 150 ml water 3/4 cup
- 50 ml oil 1/4 cup
- 3 eggs
- A teaspoon of liquid vanilla or half a teaspoon of vanilla powder
Method:-
- We put water and oil in a pot on the fire until it boils, then we turn off the fire and add the flour all at once to the water while constantly stirring until we get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
- We continue stirring until the dough becomes warm, then we add the eggs one by one so that the dough and eggs are homogeneous before adding the other egg.
- We put the mixture in a confectioner’s bag, then we make fingers of the appropriate length and place them in cold oil on the stove
- As soon as it comes out of the oil, put it in the syrup, filter it, and serve it
