Homemade turkish dessert semolina cake.

Basbousa Sugar Free

Ingredients: –

  • 250 gm  of basbousa sugar free mix,       1 box
  • 170 gm   Yogurt                                                         1 box
  • 100 ml   soft butter,                                                1/2 cup
  • 20 gm    of  fine coconut,                                      2 tablespoon
  • 25 gm    of cream,                                                    2 tablespoons

Method:-

  • Add all ingredients at once in a deep bowl and mix well
  • Pour the mixture into a 22-inch tray greased with butter on all sides
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until completely cooked.
  • Add warm sherbet to it while it is still hot.

How to make sherbet:

  • 1/4  cup   sugar substitute syrup  50 ml
  • 3/4 cup   of boiling water 150 ml
  • stir well until completely combined
