Ingredients: –
- 300 gm basbousa mix 1 box
- 170 gm Yogurt 1 box
- 100 ml soft butter 1/2 cup
- 15 gm fine coconut 1 tablespoon
- 25 gm cream 2 tablespoons
Method:-
- Place all ingredients at once in a deep bowl and mix well
- Leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes
- Pour the mixture into a 20-inch tray greased with butter on all sides
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Add hot sherbet to it while it is still hot.
How to make sherbet:
- 1 cup coarse sugar 150 gm
- 1 cup of water 200 gm
- Squeeze lemon
- Place on fire for 20 minutes
