cookies using soft Mixture

Ingredients:-

  • 200  gm    Soft flour                  
  • 80 gm       Powdered sugar     
  • 80 gm       Soft butter               
  • 1 egg          Large eggs:              
  •  5 gm         Crystal baking powder  
  •  Vanilla
  •  Chocolate chips

Method:

     • Add butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until we obtain a light and smooth creamy mixture.
     • Add the egg with a sprinkle of vanilla and continue whisking until the ingredients are well mixed.
     • We add baking powder to the flour and knead the ingredients by hand until completely homogeneous, then add the chocolate pieces and stir.
     • The dough is formed into small pieces, each weighing 12 grams, and placed on a baking sheet
     • Place in an oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until completely cooked.
