Ingredients:-
- 150 gm Soft flour
- 120 gm Powdered sugar
- 80 gm Soft butter
- 30 gm Milk OR Water
- 7 gm Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 30 gm Cocoa
Method:
- Add the butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a light and smooth creamy mixture.
- Add the Eggs and milk or water gradually while until you get asmooth mix.
- Add the Cocoa to the flour and baking powder and stir the ingredients, then add them to the previous mixture while at slow speed until the flour disappears.
- Pour the mixture into the English cake mold so that it fills 3/4 of the mold
- Leave the cakes to cool, then decorate and serve.
