CREPE MIX

ngredients: –

• 350 gm   of  Pancakes Mix, 1 box
• 30 ml    oil   2 tablespoon
• 400 ml    water 1,1/2 cup
• 1 eggs

Method:-

•  Add all ingredients in a deep bowl
•  Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes until completely smooth .
• Pour the mixture into a Non-stick hot pan.
• Cook over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
• Serve stuffed as desired.
