Ingredients:-
- 250 gm Soft flour 1, 1/4 cup
- 140 gm Powdered sugar 1 cup
- 110 gm Soft butter 1/2 cup
- 2 Large eggs
- 100 ml Milk or water 1/2 cup
- 14 gm Crystal baking powder 1 sachet
- 2 sachets Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon raw vanilla
Method:
- Beat the butter and sugar in a deep bowl using an electric mixer until we obtain a smooth, raised mixture
- We add eggs and vanilla while continuing to whisk until we obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Add milk or water to the previous mixture, stir well, then add flour and baking powder
- Place the mixture in cupcake pans
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until completely cooked
