Ingredients:-
- 200 gm European bread mix 1 ½ cups
- 75 gm powdered sugar ½ cup
- 30 gm powdered milk 2 tablespoons
- 50 gm liquid butter 1/4 cup
- 50 gm oil 1/4 cup
- 4 gm crystal baking powder ½ teaspoon
- 1 large egg
- A pinch of vanilla
Method:-
- Add (sugar, ghee, oil, eggs, and vanilla) to the electric mixer and mix well until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- We add flour, milk powder, and baking powder to the previous mixture gradually while continuing to knead until we obtain a smooth, soft, cohesive dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes
- We spread the dough on a plastic bag until the dough becomes a rectangle.
- We fill the dough with dates in the middle, then we close the dough on all sides in an equal manner.
- Form the dough, then cut it and place it in a tray lined with parchment paper at the bottom
- Baking is done in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes or until completely cooked.
