Ingredients:-
- 300 gm Soft flour
- 30 gm Powder sugar
- 200 gm Hot ghee
- 25 gm Roasted sesame
- 2 gm Crystal baking powder
- 2 gm Crystal instant yeast
- 10 gm Coarse sugar
- 30 ml Water
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- Put the water, coarse sugar and yeast in a cup, stir well and set aside.
- Put all the dry ingredients together (flour, powdered sugar, sesame, baking powder, and a pinch of salt) and stir well.
- Put 3/4 cup of hot ghee on the dry mixture, stir well until completely combined, and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast mixture to the previous mixture and stir with a spoon until we obtain a crumbly and dry mixture
- We begin to gradually add the rest of the hot ghee to the previous mixture, stirring constantly, until we obtain a smooth dough with no cracks.
- The dough is divided, shaped, and placed on a baking sheet
- Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Leave to cool and serve.
