Flat bread using flat bread mix

Ingredients:-

  •  500 gm flat bread mixture                                   3 cups
  • 400  ml water                                                                  2 cups
  • 8  gm of crystal yeast                                               1 packet of yeast
  • 30 gm of sugar                                                              2 tablespoons
  • 30 ml oil                                                                              2 tablespoons
  • 3 gm of salt                                                         1/2 teaspoon

Method:-

  • Add water, yeast and sugar in a bowl, stir well, then leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the mixer (flour, salt) and add the previous mixture. Continue kneading until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  • Add oil and continued kneading to reasch the strength of soft and flexible dough
  • Flattened the dough to a thickness about 3 mm and form the dough to round shape  about 15 cm.
  • Leave the loaves covered for an hour in a warm place to ferment until they double in size
  • Bake in electrical baking pot or an oven with a temperature of no less than 350 degrees Celsius for 1 minute or until it is completely cooked.
