Ingredients:-
- 500 gm European bread mix 3 cups
- 400 ml water 2 cups
- 30 gm sugar 2 Tablespoons
- 8 gm crystal yeast 1 packet
- 45 ml oil 3 Tablespoons
- 4 gm salt 1/2 teaspoon
- One large egg (optional)
- Powdered milk (optional) 1 teaspoon
- Black honey (optional) 1 teaspoon
- Soft butter (optional) 1 tablespoon
Method:-
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk powder) and mix well
- Add the liquids (eggs, honey, and butter) to the previous mixture, then add water and knead well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Add the oil and continue kneading until we obtain a soft and elastic dough
- Divide the dough into pieces and shape them according to the type of bread required
- Leave the dough in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes or completely baked.
