goulash using European bread mixture

Ingredients:-

  • 300 gm        European bread mix     2 cups
  • 200 ml         water                                        1 cup
  • 30 gm           oil                                               2 teaspoons
  • 6 gm              salt                                             1 teaspoon

Method:-

  • Put all the ingredients in the mixer and knead until we get a cohesive dough.
  • Cut the dough into equal parts, sprinkle with starch, and spread it into a thin layer using a rolling pin.
  • We repeat the previous process until we finish all the dough pieces.
  • We place half of the layers of goulash in a tray greased with ghee, add nuts or cream, then place the rest of the layers of goulash on top of the filling, then cut.
  • We put an amount of ghee on the ghee and place it in an oven previously heated to 180 degrees until it becomes golden.
