Ingredients:-
- 500 gm Crystal low protein PKU mix 3 cups
- 400 ml water 2 cups
- 15 gm sugar 1 Tablespoons
- 8 gm crystal yeast 1 packet
- 30ml oil 2 Tablespoons
- 4 gm salt 1/2 teaspoon
- 20 gm Black honey 1 teaspoon
Method:-
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, yeast, salt) and mix well
- Add water black honey to the previous mixture, then knead well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Add the oil and continue kneading until we obtain a soft and elastic dough
- Divide the dough into pieces and shape them according to the type of bread required
- Leave the dough in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes or completely baked.
