Ingredients: –
- 300 grams of Low protein vanilla cake mix, 1 box
- 150 ml water or orange juce 3/4 cup
- 50 ml oil 1/4 cup
- 20 grams of butter 1 Tablespoon
Method:-
- Place all the ingredients at once in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer on slow speed for 2 minutes, then on maximum speed for 4 minutes until the mixture rises with the beater and becomes creamy in color.
- Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper on all sides, size 20, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Leave the cake to cool, then decorate and serve.
