Low protein Vanilla Cake

Ingredients: –

  • 300 grams of Low protein vanilla cake mix,                  1 box
  • 150 ml water or orange juce                                                      3/4 cup
  • 50 ml oil                                                                                                    1/4 cup
  • 20 grams of butter                                                                            1 Tablespoon

Method:-

  • Place all the ingredients at once in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer on slow speed for 2 minutes, then on maximum speed for 4 minutes until the mixture rises with the beater and becomes creamy in color.
  • Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper on all sides, size 20, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until completely cooked.
  • Leave the cake to cool, then decorate and serve.
