Ingredients:-
- 200 gm peeled and roasted hazelnuts 1 ½ cups
- 160 gm powdered sugar 1 cup
- 50 ml oil 5 Tablespoons
- 100 gm crystal cocoa 1 box
- 50 gm powdered milk 3 Tablespoons
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- Beat the hazelnuts in an electric blender, stirring constantly, until they turn into a smooth mixture
- We add powdered sugar, powdered milk, cocoa, oil and salt to the previous hazelnut mixture
- Mix well until we get a smooth chocolate mixture
- Pour the mixture into a clean dry jar and store it in the refrigerator.
