Ingredients:-
- 250 gm Soft flour
- 75 gm Powdered sugar
- 125 gm Cold butter
- 1 Big egg
- A splash of vanilla
Method:
- Place the butter with the sugar in a deep bowl and whisk well until we obtain a smooth, creamy mixture
- Add the egg and continue whisking
- Gradually add the flour while continuing to whisk until we obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture
- Place the mixture in a confectioner’s bag and shape it into a tray
- Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes or until completely cooked
- Leave to cool, then add apricot jam, nuts or coconut and serve.
