Ingredients: –
- Crystal Vanilla Cake Box (450 gm)
- 3 eggs
- Half a cup of oil (100 ml)
- Half a cup of orange juice (120 ml)
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla (4 g)
- 1 tablespoon orange peel (15 g)
- ½ cup raspberries (50 g)
- Half a cup of blueberries (50 g)
Method:-
- Mix a tablespoon of cake batter over the raspberries and blueberries and set aside.
- Add a box of vanilla cake, eggs, oil, orange juice, and orange peel to a deep bowl
- Run the electric mixer at slow speed for two minutes, then at full speed for 5 minutes until the mixture rises and the mixture turns white.
- You can add a spoon or two of water if the mixture is needed
- Mix the berries with blueberries over the previous mixture and stir slowly with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan covered with parchment paper
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until completely done
- Leave the cake to cool, then add the orange cream and serve.
Orange cream :-
- Mix half a cup of orange juice with a cup of powdered sugar well until we obtain a mixture.
