Rawani using vanilla cake

Ingredients: –

  • 450 gm of crystal vanilla cake mix, 1 box
  • 100 gm of crystal basbousa, 1/2 cup
  • 100 gm of fine coconut, 1/2 cup
  • 200 ml milk, 1 cup
  • 100 ml oil 1/2 cup
  • 4 eggs
  • A teaspoon of liquid vanilla

Method:-

  • Put all the liquid ingredients in a bowl (eggs – milk – oil), then add the vanilla and beat well with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until the mixture rises.
  • Add semolina and coconut to the cake mixture, stir well, then add to the previous mixture gradually, stirring continuously until completely combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a 30-inch tray lined with parchment paper on all sides.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes or completely cooked.
  • As soon as it comes out of the oven, pour it with a light, cold sherbet, then sprinkle a little coconut on the rawani for decoration

Al-Rawani sherbet:-

the components:

  • 1,½ cup water – 1, ¾ cup sugar – lemon slice

Method:

  • Place the ingredients on the fire without stirring and leave it until the sherbet begins to boil, then remove it from the heat and let it cool.
