shortbread using soft Mixture

Ingredients:-

  • 300 gm         Soft flour 
  • 75 gm            Powdered sugar 
  • 150 gm         Cold butter 

Method:

  • Add the butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a light, smooth creamy mixture.
  • Then we add the flour and continue whisking until the flour is mixed with the mixture.
  • Then we knead the dough by hand, then divide it and shape it.
  • Place in an oven at 150 degrees Celsius until completely cooked.
