Ingredients:-
- 300 gm flatbread mix 2 cups
- 200 ml water 1 cup
- 7 gm of crystal baking powder ½ sachet
- 15 gm of sugar 1 tablespoon
- 30 ml oil 2 tablespoons
- 3 gm of salt ½ teaspoon
- 100 ml sour milk ½ cup
Method:-
- Add all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and yogurt, mix well, then add the water gradually until we obtain a soft, cohesive dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
- We divide the dough into equal pieces.
- Roll out the dough until it becomes circular in shape and the loaf becomes the size of a frying pan.
- Prepare a flat baking pan or a Tefal non-stick pan and heat it well.
- Place the loaf on the pan and turn every 10 seconds until it is cooked on both sides.
